DONATE NOW. The time for relying on others is over. It’s OUR responsibility to build a Muslim vote that can’t be ignored.

Every major community funds its own political advocacy.

We are not a vote-bank

For years, Labor has relied on the Muslim vote without offering meaningful policy changes or influence in return. This transactional relationship reduces the community to a vote bank, signalling that politicians believe they can ignore Muslim interests while still securing their support.

Endorsing and supporting independents

Endorsing and supporting independent candidates in key seats across Australia sends a strong message that the Muslim community will no longer be taken for granted. Independence is genuine representation of community values and expectations. Losses for both major parties due to Muslim votes would force change and serious reconsideration of the Muslim community and their interests.

Core issues

The government has consistently failed to take a strong stand on critical issues, even when in power. While Liberal Party policies might appear more openly hostile and anti-Muslim, Labor’s policies have quietly reinforced the same systemic issues, including complicity in countering violent extremism (CVE) programs targeting Muslims and silence on critical issues like surveillance laws or Islamophobia. The line in the sand is Palestine.

Blaming the community for Labor losses

If Labor loses key seats because of Muslim votes, it reflects their failure to represent their constituents adequately, not the community’s fault for seeking meaningful change. Politicians are responsible for earning support, not assuming it.

Strengthening political independence leads to long-term influence

By shifting support to independents and diversifying voting patterns, Muslims demonstrate their political agency. This creates leverage in future elections, forcing both major parties to address Muslim concerns more seriously.

Labor’s loss is a lesson, not a crisis

If Labor loses due to Muslim votes, it is a direct consequence of their inability to represent the community effectively. This loss is not a tragedy but an opportunity for self-reflection, teaching all political parties that neglecting constituents comes with consequences.
